After you contact us, we arrange a meeting to inspect your holdings and discuss your requirements. This initial consultation is non-binding. Afterwards, you will receive a detailed quote.
Can you also work on-site?
Yes, for sensitive or extensive holdings, our teams are happy to come to you. We have mobile digitalization units and can perform many tasks directly on your premises.
How long does a typical digitalization project take?
The duration depends on the scope and condition of the materials. A medium-sized project with 10,000 pages is generally completed within 4–6 weeks. More accurate timelines are provided after the initial assessment.
What formats do you deliver?
By default, we deliver TIFF for archiving and PDF or JPEG for daily use. Upon request, we also create OCR-searchable PDFs or other formats according to your specifications.
